Rocky Ridge Retreat, a hunting haven for family and friends since it was homesteaded in 1906, was first opened to the public for limited, private hunting in 1996.

A fifth-generation family farm, this working ranch is currently owned and operated by Ed and Leanne Sinclair. Located in south central South Dakota, Rocky Ridge is surrounded by prime habitat, home to many different species of wildlife.

Grassland, rich farmland, wooded draws and lake beds provide the perfect setting for a wide variety of exhilarating hunting experiences--all within a few miles of the lodge.

Location

Gregory is located in south central South Dakota, approximately 180 miles from Sioux Falls. Rocky Ridge is located 26 miles north of Gregory on Highway 47.

There are several airports within easy driving distance of the Retreat. The airport in Sioux Falls serves three major airlines, and transportation from the airport is available from any of the several rental car agencies located there.

Light aircraft may be accomodated at either Gregory Airport, which has a 3,300 ft lighted runway, or Winner Airport, which has a 4,500 ft lighted runway with VOR approach.
